Positive Power on Engine - WTH ? ... 2001 Defender

I was playing around doing a service on my defender today (boy is that fun) and noticed a few wires leading down from the drivers side, to the bottom of the engine, and I put the test light on it and bang it was positive....

Is this normal .. or has someone been playing with it, when adding the power to the trailer ?
