    Headlight problem on Range Rover 4.6HSE

    Hi, wondering if anyone has any ideas - the drivers parking/low and high beam won't work - dash says bulb failure but bulbs are fine. Does not appear to be any power getting to them (measured with Multimeter) The lights work fine at the back of the car on both sides when headlights are switched on. The passengers headlight, etc works fine. I had a boat trailer connected in weekend and all was fine then. But today (when getting pink slip :-( no go...

    Silly thought - but have you checked the fuses. Not 100% sure but I feel sure that each side are supplied by seperate fuses. ie 1 fuse for the LHS and another for the RHS ?

    Ladas, I went through manual re fuses and there are none listed for Headlights (or even taillights) at all?? I wondered if it may be a solenoid but no info in manual re this..

    I'm sure the headlights are controlled through the BECM. Virtually everything else is.
    I think I'd be checking the outputs from that & make sure there is power actually going to the headlight.
