    I've just ignored it really, and never bothered to ask Mal. Once I worked out when it triggered I never bothered with it. I still don't know why it does it now. It seems like that if yours is doing it also, it then has something to do with the axle halfshafts used. I wonder if the splines are slightly different somehow and its just moving?

    Mine is loudest on the passenger side rear, it does click in normal road driving but not as loud as when offroad with the CDL engaged.

    mines done it since new, 03 50000kms, its in the shop as we speak to be fixed, we will see how that goes.

    The only site I kmow of with TSB's is this US one and it doesn't have it.
