    G'day,
I have now sourced a manufacturer of the Jedico 12v stop switch, costs approx $160. comes from Singapore so will arange that in New Year. That was still cheaper than those with second hand units (which are 20 years old). Could not source a new unit in Australia.
I am still sorting out the wiring for the LRover 120 project. In picture I have 3 wires coming from the stop unit.

    Black on the earth.
Red one to ?? 6 pin plug middle green pin.
Blue/red to ?? blue/red which has inline fuse.
if anyone has a county isuzu could you let me know if this is correct?
    Thanks, David.

    cable is no problem.

I got my 4BB1 engineered, blue sliped and registered in NSW about 5 years ago with a push button start (no key) and a cable shut off. It did not even raise a concern with anyone.

    The wiring diagram says

    black to earth
pink yellow to relay (i dont have a pink yellow - is blue and yellow)
    blue and white to relay
    blue to relay
blue and red to 10a fuse.

a single brown goes from the relay to the start switch.

I bought what I thought was 12 v. turned out to be 24v truck type. The bloke that did mine put a resistor in it (or took it out) somewhere I think so it operated on 12v. I bought mine from an after market isuzu parts dealer in brisbane. Not as cheap as yours though.

    G'day Rar110,
Thanks for looking that up in your book. I am using the LROneTen Aust.Supplement handbook which gives differents wire colours again and dont resemble what I find under the bonnet!
In the book it shows a blue/red, a black earth and a brown wire which goes to a white starter wire.
I can't find a white or brown wire on the harness in engine bay that is free to plug the connector into, and the wire I have from the relay is red!
I am confident that the blue/red and black wire goes, it is the red wire in photo that has me eluded at present.
Jedico in Singapore make 12 and 24v solenoids. The picture is off my rusted one.

Your single brown (probably my red) goes to starter switch. Is that a plug on your harness or did you wire it direct?
    Cheers,
    David.
