Transfer case leak and master/slave cylinder replacement

I have an oil leak in the Transfer case and it's apparently a remove and replace type job, how hard/easy is the removal of the case to fit these seals, and i've had the slave cylinder inspected (it was OK) as i've got a disapearing clutch (slowly fading) i replaced the fluid and bled it which solved it for a short while, hence me thinking it was either the master or slave cylinder.

So it's the master cylinder, is there a kit for them, cause $321 from Karcraft is steep (not compared to LR though ) but still not cheap.

R and R of the transfer case is not technically difficult, but does take quite a lot of time. We usually allow about 6 hours to do transfer case seals and o rings. That is using a hoist and a transmission jack.

    master cylinder

I recently replaced my clutch master with one with a stainless steel liner. cost $90 dollars exchange, that was from a place called Power Brakes. It has worked great.
After I was commited to buying that one I found out Triumph Rover spares at lonsdale (Adelaide) did new ones for $85!

I was happy with the one i put on though. bought laa my brake pads from there as well for less than 'Repco'.

For $90 a stainless sleeved cylinder would be better value that new original for $85
