    LRA spring and coil combo

I know this has all been covered before but just confirming :
I have decided to replace my TJM lift kit with an LRA one, so
What combo of their springs and shocks is best for a genuine 2"+ lift with resonable flex on a D1 ? I will ask LRA direct but it's good to get opinions on what works best from you guys too.

( oh title should read "spring and shock combo")

I didn't know LRA did lift kits. If you are looking for a real 50mm lift then you should read the fine print because the figures can be very rubbery - by the time you take into account settling and load variations your 50mm may be only 35mm. I've read for a D1 you can buy lifted springs for the rear and put the original rears in the front for a successful lift, but haven't done this myself. (I put Kings all round)
As for shocks that depends on what kind of driving you do most, unless you get adjustables.

Oh sorry...by LRA I mean Les Richmond Automotive not Land Rover Australia

The TJM kit is been in just under 3 years and it has sagged from a 2" lift to a 1" lift. The shocks seem to be on the way out too. I had one shock where the weld broke at the top between the shaft and the outer tube. ..they replaced it under warranty but not really happy jan.

Ring Andrew, he will ask what you want to do, what sort of accessories you have fitted and how much you will load it and he will recommend springs to suit. He usually bases this on bump rubber clearances with stock springs.
You will probably end up with better ride/flex as most aftermarket springs are a heavier rate but the same length spring compared to stock.

I agree with Rick130, Andrew is very knowledgeable and will advise accordingly. I have their springs in mine, and I recommend them / fit them to customers vehicles regularly with no problems. Ever.
Andrew will probably suggest Bilstein shocks. Excellent shocks but I find them a little harsh on compression. They can be modified to suit, but I'm using DeCarbon now, and very happy with them.
