Thread: 300 tdi water pump repair kit

good evening everybody!
hope you are all fine!

yesterday I had to put a new water pump into my defender 300 tdi: the inner seal was completely stuffed.

now, with the car running again, the pressure is off and I thought I look into fixing the old pump up to have a spare.

someone told me that there is a chevy water pump repair kit which can be hijacked to fix up the 300tdi water pumps. is that true? if so, can someone give me a pointer where to get those kits and how much it is?

which water pump did you fit, genuine or after market plastic impeller one??. For what they cost its hardley worth stuffing around with.
