i'll happily take them out again, let you drive the 90, then put them back in!

i really get the gripes when i get told something dosent work when 90% of the time the ones bagging it havent even tried it

    the offer still stands!

I can't see any reason why it would help, but as long as you are happy.

IMHO, rotating the swivels is the best way to correct castor. Bending the radius arms can correct the castor, but affects the pinion angle, which often leads to driveshaft vibrations that require a double carden joint driveshaft to fix.

But you guys dont get it do ya....

The diff pinion angle is WRONG at the best of times....

On a LR re-aligning the pinion close to a parallel plane reduces vibrations....

I would assume that you mean running the pinion as close to the same angle as your drive shaft, thus reducing the amount of load on the uni at any time. The optimun set up would be to have the pinion and drive shaft on the same plane, if you could.

Discowhite, spacing your radius arms, will not change your castor angle. A 10mm spacer on the horizontal plane will do jack to the castor angle. I milled a 15mm slot in my swivel housings to go from -3deg to + 6deg castor. The differance in steering was huge to say the least.

    Regards Justin

did this on the weekend while fitting new poly bushes and oh my god my steering is back to normal!

    cheers phil
Maybe fitting the new bushes fixed the steering, rather than lengthening the wheelbase?
