Rangie Injectors
Any one had any experience with injectors for a 89 3.9 rangie
I think I read somewhere that Bosch # 22 pink tops were a cheaper alternative to the genuine rangie ones
Or any ideas where to get the best buy for injectors

G'Day Edd
No boy phoned up Thursday night, Dad I got water in the oil....should'nt be there should it......so that put paid to the weekend away, pulled his motor out Saturday ( was pretty tiered ) I had a nearly new 3.9 block & 4.6 heads, with carbys on so were gonna put that in his car, but after taking the efi manifold off his, the injectors don't look the best getting them crack tested tomorrow so that should tell me how many he needs

I have a set of the Bosch pink injectors and they are great although my engine is modified and trimmed with a Unichip.
They are 4 hole injectors, which results in a smoother idle . however I have high fuel consumption around town but I do not know whether this is related to injectors or the settings in the Unichip.
I also note that Fiveo are now selling Mustang injectors yellow top as the replacement for the lucas ones.
I asssume they wiill be 4 hole or more so will certainly make a difference.
On balance I am very happy with mine, and I think my fuel economy issue is not related to the injectors, but to the settings of the Unichip, but who knows?
