Fair enough - I already have the 5 speed (LT85 with a $4500 Mal Story rebuild), and I definitely will be keeping the air con when I add a turbo.

    Just an update on this...

    Performance
Had MR Automotive 'tweak' the injector pump and clean the injectors. Performance off the line is much better now.

    Rear Seats
Swapped over the rear seats from my County and had them complianced by an authorised inspector ($185). Queensland Transport have altered registration to show it is a 9 seater.

Just curious how much the Tweak set you back?

Pm me offline if you dont want to discuss it here.

I am thinking of doing a similar thing to my 300

Mine now has a snorkel with Std intercooler (will get the flick one day according to JC). Exhaust opened up using the Std engine pipe to an ID of about 58mm (some odd pommy size) no muffler, straight through to a 300mm long resonator that is 60mm ID WITHOUT a crimped/raised perforated inner (just perforated if this makes sense)

Still slow to spool up but shedload quicker than standard. My mate drove the vehicle B4 and after and asked me what on earth I had done to make it more drivable as it was very noticeable.

Oh and the end is radiused n dumped just after the resonator.

    Cheers
