    Stupid Headrests, How do i remove the Defender headrests?

    Guys,
    i want to know how to remove the Defender Head Rests

    Not sure on the "Deaf End Err" Steve, but under the head rest is there a little plastic circle that surronds the 'spikes' that disapear into the seat back, try rotating them a 1/4 - half turn whilst pulling the headrest upwards.

    Just make sure you put em back on when your finished or else it wont comply with ADR's

    On our defender you just haul on them big-time. rock them side to side too

    I like it! Just make sure it's hooked up to something big and solid.

    i was being a bit cheeky as i was looking for my rave disc to see if it had any info on it.....
    but the wife had cleaned up my office and i cant find anything right now......

    If they are the same as the ones on my 110, and I'd nearly bet they are, they just pull out (straight up). If it is a while since they have been out, it may be a bit difficult, need to wiggle them or hit from underneath or similar.

    i want to turf them as they are restricting me moving my seat further back....
