Thread: 2.25 S2A Dizzy

Hi All,

Slight problem with the old girl...nothing serious.
She starts first go...and runs great.The problem is a slight stutter just above idle.Seems to be noticeable when going around corner at slow speed.Other then that runs great.

I have taken carby(stromberg) off..clean as...new jets..no marks.Also had a good look at fuel pump , no dirt in bowl. New pump 6 months ago.All lines are good no air sucking in.

Next is the dizzy.Going to check the point gap, rotor, cap,condensor and vac advance.The vac advance line has two small pin holes..are they surpose to be there.

any ideas would be great.

just had a good look..my bloody eyesight is going...no holes...but the point gap was down...almost closed..re-set that ..see how we go..
