    110 dash lights

Is it my eyes or do I have a problem with my dash lights. Can"t see the darn things in daylight (turn indicators too). At night they are great but the instrument lights are too dim. Any suggesrtions?

If it is just the speedo that is really dim at night check that one of the bulbs hasn't fallen out. Also you could try taking the warning light panel out and blowing dust out and cleaning it.

Thats all i can think of.

If you are talking about the warning lights I have the same problem and always have had. I tried making a small cover that slotted into the groove around the warning lights but it did not make much difference.

The warning lights on the 110 were clearly designed for the dim skies of the UK, but checking how much dust is in the works can help, as suggested.

The instrument lighting is pretty awful - far worse than on Series Landrovers. you'd think they could have at least not gone backwards? Again, cleaning the bulbs can help, but unfortunately you can't readily get into the instruments to improve matters. Do not use higher wattage bulbs - things will melt. I have thought about using LEDs as these will not cause overheating problems, but hasn't got beyond thinking.
