glow plug circuit not turning off??

glow plug circuit wouldn't turn off with timer tonight. any thoughts before i delve into wiring and the art of 12V.
any info much appreciated.

Defective relay? Follow the glow plug wires to it - just unplug it - if it's a TDi you won't need it unless it gets realy cold where you are.

sorry, 200 tdi fender.
i would leave it off, but the circuit is connected through ignition.
i will unplug for the moment.
