Thread: Rangie Chassis Query

Can anyone tell me if the chassis from a 2dr Rangie is the same as an early 4dr. In particular the wheel base and also are mechanicals inter changeable ie. gearbox mounts, diffs, tail shafts. I'm thinking of swapping and changing some stuff between the two and just wondering what considerations I need to take into account. Any ideas appreciated.

Yup, all the same.

You can change g/box mounts depending on what box your using as these are different I believe but the chassis holes are the same.

At some stage control arm mounts changed size, but you can jut use the control arms from that your vehicle and your all good.
