I assume these little nylon rollers are available as separate parts from the suppliers?

There was a thread on this some time back. The OE part apparently isn't available, but an ingenious guy on here found another bit from Mitre 10, Bunnings or something ..........off a normal roller door.

Have a search through the forums (use the search engine).........

Ahh, that looks like a good solution.

I hadn't looked closely enough at the mechanism to notice that the roller was not easily replaced.

btw it will only work on the back winder, i tried the same mod on the front winder arms, the nut and bolt stick out too far, and the nylon roller doesn't like getting ground thinner,

Bunnings have the nylon rollers that go in sliding door rollers, they come in diferent sizes so this may be what has been used in the past.

yep thats the one that Mr Inc has in his how to fix thread, , i tired to find something thinner, but couldn't,
for the fronts when the welds break and the rollers break, I found it easier to just buy new ones, after having 3 lots of welds break,got sick of pulling the door innards apart.
the new rollers are square, but where do you get them? not form over here obviously.

I posted this fix on the old forum. Made my own (rollers), slides actually, as they don't need to be rollers. Made from a scrap bit of ordinary kitchen cutting board. It's lasted 2 years already and runs smoothe.
I saw a pic on a US site that sold aftermarket ones, I noted that they had slides instead of rollers.
The slide swivels on the attaching bolt so it doesn't bind.
