I was wondering if there are any potentially worn parts that should be replaced when you get a rear ARB locker installed? e.g bearings, pinion seals ?

Dirty Dawg just had his fitted, sounds like they replaced bearings at the same time as a matter of course. I'm sure he'll be along shortly!

if youve got the diff out of the housing and are pulling it down for any reason..
Always...
replace the bearings if they are over 50k km old
replace the crush device used for getting the preload on the pinion or if not fitted have the pinion preload redone.
as the diff is apart have the crown wheel inspected (they should do this automatically along with the pinion gear.)
redo the mesh (again should be done automaticaly.
replace the pinion seal.
IF you are not pulling the diff apart but out for some other reason (repairing dinged housing) you can get away with a check and if any 1 of the previous is out of whack then redo the lot.
sounds exxy but its cheap insurance while the diff is apart.
