Thread: oil in the injection harness replacement

Hey everyone what needs to to be replaced when fixing oil in the injection harness ??? is it only the harness goin into the Ecu ?? or is there something else ? on the motor ? or Ecu ? or somewhere ?. i dont know anything about this so what iam askin is probably stupid or obvious and i just dont know it yet.

im just going through it on a discoII

im replacing the injector harness ($xxxish Karcraft) and the rocker gasket ($xxxish from Karcraft) i have also bought some high temp sealant which was $35 from supercrap to seal the harness as it should of been sealed from the factory.. you'll need some meths too to flush the existing main harness

im just confirming with permatex about the suitability of the sealant tho.. as it looked conductive to me (which wouldnt be good!) see the thread located pretty close to this one about it.. and do a search too
