    I just looked again at the book i have it's poor scanned pdf of an original.
    I thought is said Discovery 2, it actually says Discovery 2.0; ie the engine, oops
    So after checking again this book only covers Landys from 89 to 97. but the years vary for different engines.
    Also all the error codes are only two digits?

    Dealer won't cough up what the code is i'm afraid. maybe I should get him to try calling a few different dealers
