    P38 Wheel Bearings

    Oh here is a dumb question

    how do you change wheel bearings in a 1998 HSE P38?

    is it true you need an oxy to get them out? what my mechanic said

    It's pretty much what a lot of cars use today. However, it's not outback repair friendly, unlike the original design.

    Now i think of it .. very true

    I changed front wheel bearings on my girlfriends Camry.. oh man that took some doing.. both had to be pressed out.. took hours to do. Did all 4 on my classic in 1/3 of the time
