Valves get welded up and new ones drilled in the centre of the rims

They look pretty shmick, where do you buy them? remembering I am in Darwin so I know you cant get them here.
I run 33's mickey T claws on 25mm offsett Dyanmic rims and 50mm spring lift and they only just touched on the front guards.

This is some good info on tyre/rim mods for Landrovers

I think this quote from above link might explain a bit, re: my original question:
"Note: Be careful of 31 x 10.5 tyres on sunrasia style rims as the offset of these rims is too far outward and can cause panel damage."
Sooooooo... Why do people spend time, effort and $$$ to reverse disco rims when the sunraysia's are already offsetted (they LOOK good :o - yes they do)? Why would anyone want them offsetted if, quote, "these rims is too far outward and can cause panel damage"??? And why doesn't the above link mention turning probs due to lack of offset?
Oh, and Rocky4.4, you've got 25mm offset rims and 33's!!! and i can certainly see a tyre tucking nicely under a guard at the rear. From looking at mine on 31's, "panel damage" looks certain. And as i dreamed up in my original post, with or without flares they look like they'll hit the guards, not tuck under...

When i got her she BF muds on her 32/10.5/r15 and they did not hit at all, They did come very close though. the 33's just clear the rear (JUST) and in the front they would hit the bottom part on the front of the guard when at full lock or when flexin it up.
I always find using the US term and measurement 'backspace' very helpful when discussing/comparing rims. It's descriptive and easy to see, and much easier to get your head around when wondering what a wider rim will do for steering lock. Backspace is the measurement from the back of the rim to the hub mounting face.
e.g. if you had an 8" rim with 1" offset compared to a 6" rim with zero offset it is much harder to visualise the result than if I had said an 8" rim, 3" back space vs a 6" rim, 3" back spacing.
It strictly isn't a technical wheel term, but it works.
This set came from Adrian at Rangie Automotive in Melbourne - I bought the rims from him and he arranged the reversal of the rims.
The pix was just after I had them blasted and painted in 2 pack.
There are many places around that will do the reversals - prices vary from $50 per rim.
