    That's because they stopped doing surface mail a while back. For bigger orders, you can send by ship with one of the specialist shipping companies, but it's not worth it for a small order.

    Yes - if you can find one. But not necessarily cheaper than getting the moulded foam from the UK and replacing it yourself. The upholsterer would have to fabricate the foam from blocks, which is likely to exceed the cost of the imported moulded one. And is also unlikely to fabricate one for you to do the rest of the work, so you have to pay him for that as well, instead of doing it yourself.
