Cut some off them?![]()
I run 34" Simex JTII's off roard and on full lock they rub against the radius arm., not much but enough to keep them polished..The rims are 40mm offset disco steelies.. Any suggestions on stopping the rub without reducing the steering circle any further ..oh it is lifted 4"s as well....

Grind some metal off the radius arm?
Oh you wanted serious suggestions?![]()
Winding the stops out is the only way unless you either bend a kink in the radius arms or get rims with more offset which i wouldnt advise.

Only serious options are:
(1) Rims with even MORE offset
(2) Narrower tyres
(3) Wind in steering stops
(4) forget about it - won't be a problem - unless the lugs are catching - which can help overload the CV joints.
You are getting portals soon aren't you??? in which case it will cease to be a problem.
EDIT - slight hijack - Do you mean your rims are +40mm offset disco rims. Have you cut/modified your rear arches to fit the wheels in? I ran +30mm disco rims and 33's on my 110 for a while - the fronts were fine, but the rears rubbed the lip where the wheel arch joins the plastic flare on articulation.
