    P38 Fuel Pump

    Hi guys a mate of mine owns a P38 4.6 which the fuel pump has died he got a Quote of $600 just for the pump

    So does any one know of a generic electric type fuel pump that would suit and fit without to much hassle

    This is all about a 3.9 pump but I think they are the same pump. The post above this one has 4.0/4.6 links which I read back when I did this so have a look at that to confirm.

    Essentially what the thread says is that I went and bought a Bosch F000TE1772 for $106 and fitted it inside the pump assembly.

    It's only been 3 months but all is still going well.
