They can't be different as my wheel LR centre caps fit the P38a alloy centre hole, just not when there on the trailer.

Looking at those photos the centres are identical

    Hi Redback
My hubs are obviously quite a bit bigger, the Landrover centre cap can just about be pushed in the end of the hub, infact it would screw into the thread for the bearing cover if you tried it.
Martins Trailer Parts, pretty sure they are made on site.

I was thinking that they have made the hub bigger, probably because their biggest range would be for cruisers and patrols or six stud rims.

Have you got someone to drill out the 9/16 studs to put the Disco studs in or you doing it yourself.
    Cheers Baz.

Ditto with my Rangie Classic alloys.
The studs now centre the rim. I am sure the LC splits originally on the ALKO hubs were stud aligned also.
Its not so important on a trailer as they usually carry only a fraction of the weight of the car, and there are no power or braking forces in my case anyway.
Mine tows as smooth as silk.

    Hi Baz
They are doing the lot,axle/hubs/electric brakes/springs/tregg hitch,14mm 100 series studs. They leant me the blank hub so I could get my wheels sorted.

I was in KLR Automotive to day and what did I see on the floor? A pair of rear hubs from a D2.

Hmm, thinks I. If one made up an axle with plates on the ends, one could bolt on these second-hand hubs and have hubs that match the P38A or a D2.

Bearing replacement would be exxy, though.

Scouse - you can make a trailer up now.
