No I don't know the code.
Key fob is now working but still no turn over. The battery has been on charge all night and it's still not green!
I have just replaced my multimeter so will start checking the voltages.

The last DII I did a trans on had a faulty inhibitor switch. At a glance everything appeared to work, but checking with our handheld diagnostics showed the neutral start part of the switch wasn't working. It would still show each gear selection (park, reverse, neutral, etc) but wouldn't crank. Fitting another switch solved the problem.

    IT LIVES!
After pulling the transmission tunnel back out I found one wire I had missed.
Turns out there are 4 wires to the starter with my set up. 2 main ones, one from each battery and 2 lighting wires.

Big time. She get her first proper test run tomorrow so lets hope all goes well.
Oh yea big lesson learned today also. To get the height under the rig we parked it on my Mud tires. Driving off them today I managed to 3 jammed. Both front stuck under the bull bar and the drivers side rear jammed between the wheel and the chassis. I think I popped one or at least let the air out. Had to jack it up one wheel at a time to free them. Felt quite the idiot.
