    squeling carbie

G'day all, the 'Old Girl' has not been run in about 6 weeks due to work commitments, however started it today and had a squell comming from under the lid. Did some investigating and narrowed it down to the carbie. I think. I thought it was the distributer but the squell pitch changed when I applyed pressure to the carbie.

Would I need to rebuild/replace the carbie?

    How much approx?

How do I convince the wifiey?

    Cheers Easo

leaking gasket, DIY, $ varies depending on if you go with a new one or make one from gasket paper

try just nipping the bolts down a micky hair and see what happens, you didnt perchance also notice she was a little harder to start and keep running did you?
