Is not normal - I would have said the clutch/flywheel but you said you have had them done.
One other possibility is the rear diff mounts - there are three with most of the weight on the front one which chews out relatively quickly - normally shows up as a knocking but could feel like a shudder. It is easy to check - just shake the rear diff and if it moves it will be the front mount. Other than that I would say the clutch and flywheel was not done correctly - there is nothing else that can cause a shudder.
