Thread: td5 water in footwell after rain

Water was getting into both of my front footwells when the defender was parked up in rain.
Replaced the seals behind the front airflaps last week, AMAZINGLY the problem appears to be sorted.....
Good luck, took me 18 mnths to work out and sort mine....

If the foot well isn't wet and it's raining I go looking for what's wrong

Any suggestions on the best sealant to use? The seal at the top of the body pillars either side of the windscreen has failed with a 1.5mm gap.
