My battery light has been flashing on and off in my disco2 for some time now. After driving for a couple of hours it will stay on until you turn off and restart. Last week I managed to get to an auto electritian while the light was on, he tested it with the motor running and the system had 14.5 volts flowing to the battery. I have had the 3 Amigos since july (rule on this if broken leave broken as it will only break again) the battery light problem has been on going since chistmas last year. Could a loose earth be the cause of the problem if so where are the earthing points.
