I had a similar leak in my RRC.
It turned out to be coolant leaking from the join of the head and block, at the front of the LH head, which is where the gallery is. Cause is head gasket. It is really hard to see behind the PS pump, but usually it blows onto the engine mount bracket.
But it could be water pump, radiator.
So get under with a torch and look. You will see a green track. Maybe take the fan and shroud off to see if its a leak between the core and tanks.
    Regards Philip A

Tightened up every coolant related hose I could see but they were already quite tight. I did get underneath and spotted a leak on the alternator side of the engine. As you are looking at the motor from the front, on the right of and below the water pump, I observed a leak from the thin paper/cork gastket. There was a partially loose bolt in that area that bolts into the front of the motor. I tightened that up and the leak ceased instantaniously. Will continue to observe it over the next couple of days. I am having the coolant flushed etc tomorrow and the radiator bloke might spot a few things. I reckon he might spot the heater core hoses that I bypassed. Reckon he'll be begging to fix that issue?!
