The one in my Ex Mil series 3 is a bit average, but i have a spare for my series 2a Ex Mil Workshop. Or should i just get the Series 3 rebuilt then i know it is good.
Can i just swap them over? Is it a hard job?
Thanks

The bellhousing differs, Wazza. And of course the Series 2a gearbox doesn't have synchro on all gears. I can't remember the number of bolts, but the 6 (and the 1.6 and 2l fours) have a a different bolt pattern. Otherwise the same.
When are you going to come look at the spare vehicle I have in my backyard? Then you could have yet another 2a box!
