    Dimensions of Treg Hitch

    Anyone able to help with some dimensions of the Treg Hitch. Mine is in a container on a ship on its way to Dubai and I am in need of the dimensions so as to have a tow bar made for the LR3. The models here are Euro spec and the Aussie fittings won't work.
    If anyone is able to help I need the following:
    The Diameter of the threaded bolt that goes through the tow bar tongue:-
    The distance between the pieces of metal (don't know the tech names) that go either side of the tongue:-
    The height of the Treg when sitting on the tongue, with the pin, with the spring installed (for clearance for when the lower back door is in the full open position):-
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated so as I can get this made and tow the Trak Shak off the docks when it arrives.
    Thank you

    A=22MM
    B= Tongue width is 75MM. the tangs are just bent rod so are variable width of about 77MM.
    C= 178MM ( between top of tongue and top of pin)with spring between the T and top of Treg.
    You can put the spring on the bottom near the pin of course and then it is 155mm , with the shoulder under the T on the top of the Treg.
    PS I am not sure whether there should be another washer, as I shortened my rod to give better ground clearance.

    Phillip A,
    You are a champion. Thank you very very much for the info.
    I am now off to see the fabricators.
    Cheers
