Hey every one who has helped with my problem. I am pretty sure i havent killed the car, only I diddn't have the heater tap open when refilling with coolant. I ran for 20 minutes on about 1500 rpm then re checked and filled the radiator again then another 20 minutes And there are no bubbles and froth so there must have been an air lock causing the pump to cavitate. But I am still suspect as to why the car had a viscous fan fitted when i got it.
although the car came from queensland and has done alot of beach work. but supprising not alot or rust, so I think the bigger fan was fitted to help cool it up there. so i am going to bend over and pay the price for a new viscous fan pump and hope that solves the issues. or if any one can refit the bearings and seals to the old pump I would be most apprecitaed and I can pay with liquid amber.:D:D
