Im not sure tho they both look the same as i have a s3 stage 1 LT95 here and it looks just like the rangie one which part are you after the output for the gearbox or output for the t/case![]()
Evening all I needed another output shaft for an LT95 from a Stage 1 Series 3 and went about ordering one from a business in Sydney they supplied me with a good second hand one for the right price but I found that the supplied shaft was 195mm long and the original was 207mm long??
Does anyone know if the Stage 1 County LT95 had a different rear output arrangement than the Range Rover I know that the front output housing was different but was completely unaware of the rear differences.

I am after the rear output shaft from the transfer one end goes in the centre diff and the other end has the output flange for the tailshaft attached to it (yes its in the hand brake)
If you look closely at the picture the one that I have is twisted the box saw some serious abuse with a much larger engine than standard.

Yep i seen the twist in the piccy what sort of power did that
My troubles with the LT95's were in the bellhousing as ive now broken 2 in just over 12months the post the clutch piviots from kept breaking so i fixed it proper this time heres some pics
Must admit I havent seen your problem before.
Not exactly how much power it took to do the twisting but I was told that it had a 4.4 in it but supect it was more than normal and probably driven by nutters.
The LT95 didnt break though even the centre diff doesnt look too bad. I presume if there is a bit of wear in the centre diff housing you just replace the gears shafts and thrusts and let it go again??
