    Volvo parts on LRs

After reading millions of oil filter threads I guess most are sick to death of them.

It seems I screwed up the Kubota Specs, the oil filter is certainly not 3-5 microns... thats the hydraulics...

Mann Filters are of very good quality yet hard to come by in Australia... pop into your local Volvo place and ask for a genuine Volvo 1266286 oil filter, its a Mann filter that fits in place of the ERR3340, can be found cheaper.

That's handy to know - most Land Rover dealers are also Volvo dealers (at the moment) as part of the PAG empire.
I'll have to look that one up at work tomorrow .

If anybody is concerned about the BPV pressures being different or simply fitting Volvo parts to a Land Rover I have found a Mann supplier in Dandenong (gotta love that place, machinery capital of Vic)

W930/20 is the correct Mann pt. # to replace an ERR3340, but I've never heard of one in Oz (I tried) as the distributor is worse than hopeless.....

No, the distributor is a total *%&^ing bloody %&#*(#*#. Ought to go back to business college and perhaps learn something this time.

A few filter suppliers in Melbourne import Mann W930/20, I'll let you know how I get on.
