OK, I've done a quick drain of the filter until I definitely had diesel coming out.....but now when I switch the ignition on....no light at all!

In the RAVE manual it says it should come on for 3 seconds whilst doing a self check. I took it for a spin round the block too, still nothing (nor an intermittent warning either - which is good!).

I've definitely put it back together right - its not too tricky, even for me. Do you think I've blown the fuse or it is just not illuminating as I've got no water in there?

Just an inquirey, might have been a cause, but others have the same problem, so i'd say it's a fauly sensor.

I use flash lube BTW, it isn't a power boost type one, but you don't really need too, i do it as an extra top end lube.

    Cheers Baz.

I had the same problem! Drained the filter checked connection! Still kept flashing from time to time! So I bought some Fuel Doctor put some in , now it doesn't do it! Fuel doctor breaks down the water and lets it go through the fuel system without damaging the fuel system or the engine! I use to use it in my D1 now I use it in my D2. Great stuff you can get it from Super Cheap auto and some marine engine repairers!
