Thread: Defender 130 Crew cab

Have had this old girl since new in 1995 (Nov) and it is with regret that we part company on Fri 23rd Nov having covered 978335ks, would have loved to have taken her to the magic million, but circumstances dont allow Used her as a delivery vehicle in Bribane and surrounds plus a few longish trips through Aus. Head has been replaced twice due to a blocked radiator but the bottom end is the original. The main gearbox was replaced at 800,000 only because it was cheaper than a rebuild.Diffs etc are still original. She is being replaced with a Series 1 Disco in NZ so im hoping this one will be as reliable.

Bloody amazing, tell us your secrates, I hope my disco gets to 1000000 as that means ive got it for at least another 35 years.
