    D110 - Anyone put DBA rotors on?

    G'day Guys,

    I need to start thinking about replacing my front and maybe my back rotors on my MY02 D110, while doing this I was hoping to even upgrade the brakes for better braking for my touring in the next year or so.

    Has anyone installed DBA rotors? If so what are your experiences?

    yep, got dba's on my d1, no problems.
    mind you finding no squeal pads is, but that applies to any discs. [rotors]

    and if the discs are now called rotors, why are they still called 'disc brakes'?

    whats the benifit of dba rotors.......is this upgrading them to vented???

    this is how observant i am...do defenders run vented on the front and solids on the rear

    my mate just went replaced all of his rotors and im pretty sure he was told he could not put vented on the rear

    They should be the same as Disco - vented on front solid on rear. I personally wouldnt use cross drilled for off road vehicles because stuff can get caught in the holes (nor siped for that matter).

    I want to order some for after Xmas, looks like DBA code 086 for the vented fronts and 088 for the rear.

    now should I order "Standard" or the "4000 Series" - will be getting slotted wither way and running either Ferrodo or Bendix pads
