Thread: Engine change over 93 3.5 fuel injected

I have searched forums but have had no luck. What engines if any will bolt into a 93 D1 3.5 injected. Not looking to swap at this time just speculating as I have a friend who occasionaly has acess to different motors. Are range rovers the same engine ?? I have seen adaptors for them. Also will they fit in an automatic. Any help appreciated know this question has been flogged to death but all answers are criptic at best,.

ECU mapping will it make a difference to economy or just make me feel better.

the 3.9 is a drop in but you will need the harness to go with the motor and the brainy bit, but thats not a hard thing to get.
