Post Weight of stuff on front of D2

Well I decided to make a new bar for the front of my D2 the old one keeps rotating around and damaging the guards, anyway I removed everything off the front and out of curiosity weighed everything here is the break down.
    TJM bullbar 38kg
    winch fairlead 3kg
steering guard & recovery points 15kg
    crush cans 7kg
    winch cradle 12kg
    winch with plasma rope 21kg
    Total 96kg

I used to have a steel rope on the winch and I would guess that would add another 10-15kg as well I am going to weigh the new bits as I make them and fit them hopefully I can save a couple of kg but am after a better approach angle, will post pic's etc when I have finished.

Can you legally fit a custom made bar to the front of the disco given that it is air bag equipped? I thought that it was one of those issues like a body lift that if it may effect the proper deployment of the airbags that you must legally crash test it.

I am going to use the crush cans off the bull bar as a mounting point from what I've been able to find out that is the most important consideration also the way things are going soon we won't be able to do a thing just drive around in standard cars,no larger tyres etc

The scary thing is that my TD5 when it only had an ARB bar on the front weighed 1.1T at the front axle, with a max load of 1.2T. Then add winch etc and have 2 people get into the front seats and you're probably on/over max front axle load.
    Cheers
