    I'm in Townsville and recentley had a leaking 300 tdi injector pump ( throttle shaft) and cost $750 to replace all seals and calibrate. With me removing pump and refitting. This is not a big deal to do if you have a manual. drive in and out quoted $ 950 + parts.

    Hi Bazzle, thanks, that seems reasonable. Can you tell me where you had it done or do you know of any gurus in SA I could get it done at?

    Bruce davis did mine, but that cost $2500 cause it was totally knackered inside. If the casing of mine had been usable it would have cost $1200 exchange back in 2008 and that included the Bruce Davis fuel pump tweek to up the power a bit.
