The leads are not critical - metallic conductor type are more reliable and longer lasting, but are hard to find and will lead to interference to AM radio (and other people's TV). The coil needs to be one intended for use without a ballast, otherwise is not critical.

    Thumbs up

Magnacor are about the best you can get. check the web address for your nearest distributor. If not the 2.25 isnt listed, they can be custom made for you. There is a large range of lead diameters and types.

You probably wont get a set specifically for the 2.25, just take your old leads to your local spare parts shop and they will match them up for you, dont forget the coil lead, Regards Frank.

They are particularly unhelpful to HF radio as well.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
