Transfer box leak
Both of my 130's have eventually leaked oil from the intermediate shaft where it locates in the housing. It frets the bore and leaks between the transfer and gearbox. On my old 130 I remove the shaft, run a knurling tool over it to take up the slop and put some sealer on it. That worked but it did start to weep after a while. My present 130 is starting to leak @85,000 klm. Anyone know of a good permanent fix for this.

A common practice is to bore out the TC case hole and fit a bush. This is stronger than the TC alloy housing which wears out-of-round affecting the o-ring seal on the intermediate shaft.
