Think you're really going to need to fit a roll cage to mount a grab handle. Can't think of any other place that would work.
Cheers

Mrs Vlad wants a grab handle (the type that fits above the door) for when off-road. Given I have a 130 I thought I'd put in 3 - one above each door aside from driver that is.
Has anyone done this ?
How'd you fit them - what did you fix them to ?
What handles did you use ? I'd reckon it would be pretty easy to get some from a wreckers etc - just Falcon ones or something.
Cheers

one of the many little jobs for my 130 is to weld a couple of tabs to the top door frame to allow handles to bolt on... will only be of use when offroad not for helping up into vehicle but is an idea?

As some would say: do a search of the forum. There's a good post somewhere about fitting them to the front of a 110...
Found it!
