Im runing nulon 10/40 fully synthetic in the engine
Dexron III ATF in both the main gearbox and tcase
80/90wt gear oil in the diffs
dont forget to check your front swivel housings for the correct level of lube.

I wouldn't be using ATF or light gear oil 75 /manual gear oil 75 in an LT230

Why do you guys run ATF or gear oil 75 in the transfer case?

no, the factory call for either an SAE 80 below I think 30°C, SAE90 if used above that, or an 80W-90 or 75W-90 in the LT230, and they all come with a semi-synthetic Texaco 75W-90 in the t/case these days from the factory.

and I know a lot of 4WD's call for ATF in the t/case these days, but they are generally a part time/chain drive unit, and FWIW in GU Patrols they can use ATF DexII/III or 75w-90, so I use 75W-90.
