Very similar to a BSometer, used to measure the amount of BS flowing from somebodys mouth.

Hi all sorry for the delay in thanking you for your reply's. Anyway started the disco this morning took a few turns of the starter motor before she fired, thought maybe cold yeah no probs, driving to work this morning early still dark lights on and heater fan when the disco decided to idle roughly, speedometer needle started to bounce every time i used the indicator thought this is not good pulled over then the dash lights came on brakes ,engine light as well then nothing worked checked battery cables all good still tight turned the key click click click nothing quick phone call to the brother inlaw, need a new battery mate? just lucky I guess he had one quick change and you guessed it started fine idle fine charging fine tachometer fine . Just a guess but it might have been the battery all along, thanks for the reply
