Penrite manual 70 vs 75 for D2 R380???
Hi - the new Penrite Manual 70 (70-75W fully synthetic $50/2.5l) is indicated for D3s and the old Penrite Manual 75 (75-80W semi synth $30/2.5l) is indicated for D2s. They have the same API spec but obviously different viscosities. What do people think about running the 70 in the D2 manual for improved cold weather shifting? Presumably it would still provide adequate protection in summer given that some people run ATF in their R380s???
