I run these rims. They are no different in spec to the 16x8 rims that the Disco2 came out with. They will be fine with the tyre as the offset remains the same despite being 8" in comparison to the standard 7" rim.

G'Day all
Does anyone have any feedback on fitting the 16"x8" p38 alloy rims on a Disco Series 2. I am going to fit BFG 265/75/16 AT KO. But had it mentioned to me today that they may foul in the inner gaurds or suspension.
Could this be true as I am fairly new to this whole Land Rover thing and any help from this forum .
Would be really appreciated.
Cheers

Thanks for that I was lust admiring your awesome looking Disco in the members rides section.
My Disco has no lift kit she is bog tandard at the moment as I have only had it for a few weeks. So if that wheel and tyre combo will give me no greif then thats what I am gunna get in the next few days .
Thanks Again
Thanks mate, and thats no probs.
For most D2's that combo is not a problem with a bull bar. I have heard of some rubbing though, but most dont. All have been running a 2" lift also.

Interestingly, it is a 99 with ACE and soooft coils all round with 3" custom lift running 265/75-15 MTRs that rubs near the rear doors. I'm not sure if its something specific with that actual vehicle or something with the setup. I suspect it is that vehicle though. It seems that regular OME2" lifts etc don't have problems.
Without a bullbar it will probably rub around on the back of the bumper. If you're not shy, the you can trim this back and relocate/remove the inner trim that contacts.
