    Dual batt set up

Hi , Where is the best place on a D2 V8 to connect the sensing wire from the electronic batt isolator i have to the wiring loom in the engine bay. The destrctions say it needs to be connected to a switched ignition wire/circuit.

I dont want to hack up the wiring loom to find it so can any one help.

    Cheers.

If you don't want to hack the loom, what about the cigarette lighter feed? (I haven't looked at the D2 wiring but that wire is usually switched on Land Rovers.)

I just had a look, that wire should be fine. It is fed from the Aux Circuits Relay (R101) in the engine compartment fusebox (WG wire) to the Passenger Compartment Fuse Box (P101) thence through a 20A fuse (F15) to the lighter (LGW coloured wire).
